Abbey Sharp is a registered dietitian, content creator, podcast host, and co-founder of the women’s gut-friendly supplement brand Neue Theory. Known for her evidence-based, non-diet, weight-inclusive approach, Abbey blends scientific credibility with a bold, relatable voice to challenge diet culture and debunk nutrition myths.

She approached me to create a refreshed brand identity that would reflect her “science and sass” ethos — bold, modern, and dynamic, with strong appeal to a millennial and Gen Z audience. The new identity pairs confident typography with a vibrant, luxe-inspired colour palette, balancing approachability with authority. The result is a cohesive, striking visual system that amplifies Abbey’s message, making her brand instantly recognisable across social media, podcasting, and product lines.

Bold typography and a vibrant, Palm Beach-inspired colour palette reflect her energy, confidence, and unapologetic presence, while clean layouts ensure her message takes centre stage.
